Advantage Technology Logo TELECOM ITALIA / MATRIX
Telecom Italia's Italy's leading telecommunications group, holds a shareholding of just below 10 percent in FBC Ltd, through its Telecom Media subsidiary. FBC works closely with Telecom Italia's national terrestrial broadcaster La 7, and also cooperates with Virgilio, Italy's leading portal. Telecom Italia also owns 30 percent of www.miaeconomia.it, the award-winning personal finance website which is Italy's market leader. FBC owns 70 percent of the www.miaeconomia.it, which provides B2B content to banks, insurers, property companies, other financial services businesses, telecoms companies and retail companies as well as being a leading B2C destination for small shareholders, small businesses, and anyone interested in managing their personal finances.

Skandia Media Invest (SMI) is the Swedish interactive and digital terrestrial television investment fund with a strategic 10.2 percent equity stake in FBC. SMI is owned by Skandia, a Stockholm-based financial services groups. This strategic alliance expands the distribution of FBC's content across interactive media platforms and provides FBC with a partner in the Nordic area.

Lloyd Adriatico is a leading Italian insurance and financial services company that is part of Germany's Allianz Versicherung group. A strong supporter of FBC's personal finance initiatives on radio, television and on the web (www.miaeconomia.it), Lloyd Adriatico last year joined a consortium of private investors from Italy to become a shareholder of FBC Ltd., the London-based holding company for FBC group activities.

In May 2003 a strategic partnership was signed between FBC and Sky Italia, the Italian pay-TV platform majority-owned by News Corporation. Under the terms of the three-year agreement, FBC became the largest external provider of programmes to the Sky TG24 all-news channel, as well as a provider of content for Sky Sport channels. FBC produces 9 daily and weekly talk shows, magazines, business and personal finance programmes, sports programmes, and gossip and satire. Since 2001, FBC has also provided programmes to Star World, the Hong Kong-based Asian platform owned by News Corp. 

Logo CNBC Europe
CNBC is the leader in financial news television, breaking the major stories of the day and providing up-to-the-minute market information as well as detailed analysis and interviews with business leaders. With programming from Europe, the US and Asia, CNBC Europe provides the perfect 24-hour global business briefing. In Europe, Live Links to The Wall Street Journal and the Dow Jones Newswire office provide direct access to breaking news. Aside from producing business and sports-related content for CNBC Europe, FBC and CNBC Europe also cooperate in the field of advertiser-funded programming. CNBC Europe has broadcast FBC productions such as The Players, in association with Oracle, and e-Life, in association with Cisco Systems.

Founded by Lorne Michaels, the creator of Saturday Night Live, Broadway Video is New York's leading independent entertainment company, encompassing all aspects of development, production, post-production and distribution. FBC distributes Broadway Video's Saturday Night Live in Italy, and on quality airlines around the world.
