Bunim-Murray Productions and Diverse / FBC Group Unveil Global Strategic Partnership

Van Nuys, CA, ( February 13, 2006) – Leading media companies Bunim-Murray Productions and Diverse / FBC Group announced today that the two companies have entered into a strategic partnership agreement enabling exploitation of both entities’ formats. The agreement includes a co-production and distribution deal where Bunim-Murray will co-produce its formats with Diverse in the United Kingdom, and in Italy and India with FBC’s local production arms, and Diverse will co-produce some of its formats in the United States with Bunim-Murray.
